During Summer members swim in the evenings at West Lakes for longer, endurance swims, and to get more familar with the open water (no sharks!). A wetsuit is advised especially at the start and end of season. You must swim with a bright colour cap, and we do advise no one swims alone. Remember that there are other lake

Currently there are no official Trikings run club rides, most Saturday mornings different groups set out from the Northern suburbs, notices are posted on the closed Facebook page that all members have access to. Trikings aim at helping members achieve their running goals through drills, technique, speed and endurance. We do this through group training sessions conducted in a supportive atmosphere. Training with a group of like-minded people doesn’t diminish the physical demands you will need to meet, but it does assist in providing motivation to maintain that training.
