Trikings aim at helping members achieve their running goals through drills, technique, speed and endurance. We do this through group training sessions conducted in a supportive atmosphere. Training with a group of like-minded people doesn’t diminish the physical demands you will need to meet, but it does assist in providing motivation to maintain that training.

Please note there are currently no morning or evening running sessions scheduled, but stay tuned.
