    About Track Run

    These sessions have coaching input but we recommend coming with your own programme, or we can assist you to develop one.
    Specific running drills are performed as well as some speed work.

    The group will follow a course for approximately 1 – 1.5 hrs (25 to 35kms), ranging from flats to undulating hills.

    About Lake Swim

    These sessions have coaching input but we recommend coming with your own programme, or we can assist you to develop one.

    Oarsman Reserve (south of rowing association), near toilet block

    Notes

    A wetsuit is advised especially at the start and end of season. You must swim with a bright colour cap, and we do advise no one swims alone. Remember that there are other lake users, such as rowers and kayakers, who may not be looking for swimmers. It is advised by SA Health and the Charles Sturt Council not to swim in West Lakes 1 to 2 days after heavy rain.

  • Long Cycle

    About Long Cycle

    There are two groups. Each group rides a pre-determined route set down by our coaches. It is advertised on the web in the week proceeding. Please show up expecting to complete the advertised route, but the distance and difficulty may vary and will depend on who turns up on the day, weather and time available.

    Meet at Mawson Lakes (corner of Light Common and Garden Tce)
    Planned Route: Determined in the morning or on Facebook.

    7:15am for a 7:30am depart.
