The club caters for a broad range of ages and has an outstanding junior development programme - which is run by the club's accredited triathlon coaches. Training is conducted at various locations in the Northern metropolitan region, including Mawson Lakes, Golden Grove, Salisbury and Elizabeth. See the training page for further information.

Racing takes place in the warmer months, locally in West Lakes,  around the state and interstate. 2006-7 season saw the unveiling of a new uniform to great effect.
